Causing obesity  and most causing us to gain weight preventing us losing weight if we're trying to. If you are trying to lose weight it would be a really good idea to start eliminating  this foods as mush as you can and as much as possible. This three is some example of that.

WHITE BREAD
It's come from flour that is been refined and bleached. Most of nutrients and fibre in the bread are completely gone. Without the fibre it is not actually fill you up as much. It also may cause your blood sugar to spike so you gonna feel hungry again. So hamburger bun, most of the bread that comes out when we're ordering a sandwich is that just white bread flour. So that's the one causing obesity because its empty calories, it doesn't contain any nutrition, it doesn't contain any fibre and often time it also contains sugar or hight fructose corn syrup in addition. Sprouted  grain breads is a good options for stuffing your self for continuing to gain weight and actually start to lose weight.

CEREAL
Cereal is one of those food that most people eat during breakfast. They are usually pack with a lot of sugar and again they don't contain a lot of nutrients/nutrition, even if it's does says that they have a lot of whole grains you should have to make sure and look that it is a hundred percent whole grain. A lot of times cereals that we're eating in the morning is busting our blood sugar because they have all this sugar in them witch will cause us storing fat; but also they are not actually sustain  us or keep us fill up. Infant we will be filling hungry and hungry again. Last thing you wonna do is to cut out those sugary. First thing in the morning you can go and eat fruits, or maybe a whole grain oatmeal, or other hot grain cereal. Those would e a big plus for you in terms of  trying to lose weights.

DIET OR LOW FAT OF SOME VERSION OF FOODS 
They generally contain  a chemical additive or chemical flavour so that they can get away with taking away of  real sugar and putting in our artificial sweeteners. They are actually more detrimental or worst to our health because they will cut your insulin in body to low you sugar and makes you hungry and eat more and so on.
