BALOT/ DUCKS EGG
A Filipino food culture. It is also popular food in South East Asia. "Balot" is sometimes a chicken egg or duck egg, but its the same taste. The ducks egg is seventeen days old, with at that point of time the eggs embryo is developed witch makes it perfect. Balot need to cook first using boiling water. This cultural food is so taste.
It's also a culture that we eat rice every morning. Back home we do not eat serial we eat rice with egg or maybe fried fish or chicken stew. And also we do not have milk back home, we do but for some farmers only or some reach people. This is my breakfast long time ago, I thought that I might use it as an example. This is from my friends restaurant, her mom made it for us.
