HIGHT FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP




Our Ancestors lived in the world with limited resources. The kinda resource they had available were uncooked animal flesh not coked in the kitchen before harnessing fire for cooking. 
Sugar is 50% fructose and 50% glucose.

Why are even using it then? 
Yet, maybe that's the other way to destroy the human health. We use Fructose containing sweeteners because Fructose is the sweetest. Fructose is well as twice as sweet as glucose the other monomer of sucrose. The Fructose Monomer alone is about 70% sweeter that Sucrose, witch is limited  made from Fructose ( we can or we should be able to use a little less of it.

Consumption of high-fructose corn syrup in Canada has grown to 60 POUNDS per year. Each research suggest that glucose and fructose follow different metabolic  pathways.

While GLUCOSE is processed into energy or stored as GLYCOGEN
in the liver and muscles FRUCTOSE is metabolize into fat. Percentage of the population
considered obese between 20 - 75 years old.

High fructose corn syrup account for 40%  the sweetens. Most of the processed packaged food and another places where you could not suspect it such us in milk.
